Homemade Larabar

Now that Wil is eating paleo, too, I've been challenged to put together new and exciting lunches for him everyday. One of the staples that always makes it into his bag is the almighty Larabar. These little fruit and nut bars are made from natural ingredients and most of the flavors available are paleo-approved! Since I like to cook (and save money), I thought it'd be cool to try and make these bad boys myself using Everyday Paleo's recipe. Try it yourself!

Mushroom Burger with Fried Egg and Truffle Oil

Everyone loves a good burger and I'm not an exception. Check out this AMAZING burger recipe from My The only thing I took out was the ketchup and bun. I wrapped mine up in romaine lettuce and served it with beefsteak tomato slices.

Spicy Blue Bottle Espresso Martini

I haven't hidden the fact that I like to drink...and often. I'm always looking for paleo-ish drinks to share on here, but there aren't very many. In fact, this one is far from being paleo as vodka is a barley derivative. looks so damn good. Enjoy this one from Shutterbean.
